Dr Rosie Satherley is a Senior Lecturer in Clinical Psychology at the University of Surrey, with research and clinical interests in coeliac disease and the psychological impact of living with a lifelong gluten-free diet. Her work explores the experiences of children, young people and families living with coeliac disease, including dietary management, quality of life, food-related anxiety and disordered eating. She is particularly interested in how healthcare professionals can support safe dietary management while promoting psychological wellbeing and a positive relationship with food.
