
Dr Rose-Marie Satherley
Dr. Satherley completed her PhD in Psychology at the University of Birmingham in 2017, focusing on disordered eating in coeliac disease. Since then, she has led a research programme investigating the psychological aspects of coeliac disease in both adults and children. Her work has been funded by Coeliac UK and the NIHR Research for Patient Benefit programme, with the goal of developing psychological interventions for people living with coeliac disease. Dr. Satherley’s research interests include food-related anxiety and the psychological faced by individuals with coeliac disease in managing their dietary needs.
