Katie Henderson is the Publisher responsible for the nutrition, agriculture and animal science journal portfolio at Cambridge University Press. Katie has been in publishing since 2012 and has worked with learned Societies in a range of different life science disciplines over the years. She has worked with the Nutrition Society since 2017.
