Úna is a CORU registered dietitian with a BSc (Hons) in Human Nutrition and an MSc in Dietetics. She began her clinical career in the NHS and is currently working as a surgical dietitian at St Vincent’s private Hospital focusing on HPB (Hepato-Pancreato-Biliary) and colorectal surgery with the majority of her patients presenting with an oncology background.
