Instructor
Dr Keren Papier is a nutritional epidemiologist in the Cancer Epidemiology Unit at The University of Oxford. Her current research with the LEAP Project (Livestock, Environment and People) examines the relationship between animal sourced foods and health outcomes using large-scale prospective cohort data from EPIC-Oxford and UK Biobank. Prior to coming to Oxford, Keren completed a doctoral degree in Epidemiology at the National Centre for Epidemiology and Population Health at the Australian National University, for which she assessed the incidence and risk factors of emerging type 2 diabetes mellitus in Thailand. She also holds a Bachelor of Public Health Nutrition with first class Honours from Griffith University.
