Jasmine is an Accredited Nutritionist and Dietitian registered with the UK Sport and Exercise Nutrition Register (SENR), specialising dance and performance nutrition. With over 30 years of experience, she has worked with dancers, circus performers, and acting/technical students across a wide range of disciplines, including ballet, contemporary dance, musical theatre, Irish dance, Indian dance, and circus arts. Jasmine has delivered talks and workshops for dancers and performers at all levels, providing both group education and one-to-one nutrition consultations. She is a trusted nutrition consultant for Dance UK’s Information Nutrition for Dancers and co-authored the 2019 Nutrition Resource Paper for the International Association for Dance Medicine and Science (IADMS). In addition to her work in performance nutrition, Jasmine has contributed to medical and dietetic textbooks and continues to work clinically, specialising in supporting individuals with eating disorders. Her expertise is further reflected in the publication of her book, Nutrition for Dance and Performance, in the summer of 2023.
